Bee Logistics – Charter Flight for Oversized Cargo

This is a very special flight using AN-124, the second largest aircraft in the world, following AN-225. This shipment is featured by time-sensitivity and oversized cargo. Typically, it takes 14 working days to get all procedures completed. Delighted to take part in such ambitious project, Bee Logistics Vietnam teaming up with Bee Logistics India applied solutions to shorten to 7 days only for customs clearance, loading, unloading,.... Then the shipment was not offload and arrives to destination on time. It is an outstanding job done.
In addition to other regular services, Bee Logistics is GSA for airlines operating charter flights with two options:

• Charter flight at customer single demand;
• Air consol charter flight: weekly departures, for commercial, general cargo from every location in Vietnam to every corner of the world (Europe, Asia, US, Australia, New Zealand...)

This is a project for moving all kinds of PPE equipment including, various kinds of Mask, Coverall, Protective Gowns, Safety goggles, Face Shield, medical gloves etc.
Total chartering flight amount will be about 100 and extending to 200 flights.
Running 2 to 3 charter flights a week.
They have set up a logistics hub in Shenzhen area with capacity of 1,000 CBM for this project. Operation including :

• Cargo pick up from factories
• Order management
• Inspection of goods
• Verification of all export documents
• Order Picking and re-packing
• Label affixing
• Delivery to airport for UDL building
• Custom clearance in both ends
• Final delivery at DE
